Metro Division 13 - Bus Operations & Maintenance Facility

Kurt Fischer was project manager at Nabih Youssef Associates for the design phase of this project.  The project is comprised of 3 reinforced concrete shear wall buildings with long span post tensioned slab and beam systems.   The project includes a maintenance facility with 20 service bays for the operation and maintenance of Metro’s bus fleet. Sustainable design was a key guiding principal for the project which was designed to meet a minimum LEED certification of Gold.
