Hotel Bel-Air

Kurt Fischer was senior project engineer at Nabih Youssef Associates for the design and construction phases of this project. The extensive master plan renovation of the 1940s iconic Hotel Bel-Air includes the renovation of 91 rooms and suites, the Champagne Bar, and the hotel’s restaurant, event spaces and private dining rooms. As well as twelve new villas were added to the 12-acre grounds, which are home to some of Los Angeles’ most beautiful and exotic gardens. Design and construction was sequenced to be performed in five distinct phases, including the upgrade of infrastructure and site work.
