Kamen Residence

Kurt Fischer was a project engineer at Nabih Youssef Associates for the construction phases of this project. This custom residence is located just north of Zuma Beach on E. Sea Level Dr. The custom residence is built using concrete pier foundations and concrete moment frames. Floors have built in radiant floor heating. Large concrete cantilever beams extend the balcony to take advantage of the oceanfront views and small lot width.
