Two-level custom residence partially below grade cut into the hillside. Lower level approximately 4,000 sq. ft. including terraces and patio spaces. Upper level is approximately 1,890 sq. ft. including garage and deck spaces. Project to be light-framed construction, with two custom steel stair designs.
