Eaton Residence

Eaton Residence comprises approximately 13,500 sq feet set into the hillside with views over Los Angeles. The residence consists of two stories with a pool deck and cantilevered pool residing in the lower level concrete podium. The concrete podium spans 45 feet in either direction to allow for a garage housing 4 side by side parking spaces and a work area. The upper level is constructed of light framed wood construction and a complete steel frame for 30 trapezoidal prism skylights.
