Birch Avenue Office Addition

New podium and 2-story office addition above existing 2-story 213,000 sq. ft. parking garage. Addition will create 134,000 sq. ft. of new office space. Full seismic upgrade to existing post-tensioned non-ductile concrete structure. Retrofit design utilizes special reinforced concrete shear walls supported on a new micro-pile foundation.
