Amoroso 2

The project consists of a new two-story single-family residence (2,872 sq. ft.) and a detached garage/ accessory structure (1,170 sq. ft.) on a double lot on a Venice Walk Street. The lot is 6,837 sq. ft. and largely flat. All existing structures will be demolished. The buildings will have a concrete slab on grade with conventional spread foundations.

The second level of the main residence will be a reinforced concrete slab supported by concrete columns. The roof structure and second-level enclosure will be wood-framed construction with a roof beam structure that is partially exposed. A special stair, as shown in the interior perspectives, will be included in the design. The garage and accessory structure will be of steel and wood frame construction.
