Santa Clara Ave

The project consists of a new single-family wood-framed residence. The house is two levels. The lower level is approximately 2,100 sq. ft. of residential area and the upper level is approximately 2,100 sq. ft. of residential area including garage and deck spaces. The foundation will utilize shallow conventional footings embedded into the bedrock or compacted fill based on the approved soils report by others. The project is assumed to be of light-framed construction, with a lateral system comprised of wood shear walls.
