The project consists of a small lot subdivision consisting of twelve, three-story timber structures. The typical residential unit is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. The residential construction is assumed to be of conventional wood frame construction. There are a total 3 different unit types. There are a total of 8 type-A units, 2 type-B units, 2 type-C units. We have assumed that there will be one set of structural design drawings and calculations for the entire project.
